Capacity Laws

We are NOT ALLOWED to ship or bill to the states that have a capacity law prohibiting high capacity magazines.

Washington - 10 rounds or less

California - 10 rounds maximum capacity

Hawaii - 10 rounds maximum capacity for pistol magazines only

Maryland- 10 rounds or less

Massachusetts - 10 rounds maximum capacity (unless customer supplies a copy of a license to possess high capacity magazines)

New Jersey - 10 rounds or less

New York - 10 rounds maximum capacity

Ohio - 30 rounds maximum capacity

City of Washington,D.C. - 10 rounds maximum capacity

Illinois - Limit 10 rounds for long guns and 15 rounds for handguns

City of Chicago, Illinois - 12 rounds maximum capacity

City of Aurora, Illinois - 15 rounds maximum capacity

Colorado - 15 rounds or less (except for the City of Boulder 10 rounds or less)

Connecticut - 10 rounds maximum capacity

Delaware - 17 rounds or less

Rhode Island - 10 rounds or less

Vermont - 10 rounds for rifles and 15 rounds for handguns

Virginia - 20 rounds
